Then simple connectivity testing through to which VLAN and switch port you are connected to. Including a look through the PoE standards (there are a few) and what this means to you.

10.30 Network Management and Remote Sites - Understanding Netflow & Syslog (what they are, where you get them from and how to use them), reviewing the path through the network and getting the complete picture on your WAN links and their usage.
11.30 Network and Application Performance (when things are working but on the go slow) – the difference between TCP analysis and hardware performance, baselining vs troubleshooting and producing those pretty graphs management like so much.
