Terms & Conditions of Sale
All orders for goods on the Full Control Networks website are accepted by Full Control Networks Distribution Ltd subject to these terms and conditions of sale and supersede all other terms and conditions unless agreed in writing.
Full Control Networks is a business-to-business supplier. The Full Control Networks website is intended for use by business customers and not by consumers or private individuals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions of sale shall affect the statutory rights of a Customer who deals as a consumer.
1. Orders, prices and payments
The prices of goods are set out on the Full Control Networks website at the time of purchase. All prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate during the transaction. Payment will be taken in full at the time of purchase via credit card - Full Control ensure a safe website transaction buy using a secure link to SagePay, where card details are entered and confirmed as required by the card issuing bank.
Full Control Networks reserves the right to decline to trade with any company or person. In addition, Full Control Networks may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving notice of non-acceptance to the Customer by telephone or email within a reasonable period of order receipt by Full Control Networks.
2. Delivery
Shipping and delivery occur on business days only (Monday to Friday). Delivery charges to a mainland UK address are included, unless specified. Delivery to all other destinations is chargeable. All products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damage during transit. Receipt of damaged goods must be reported as soon as possible and within 48 hours to enable satisfactory resolution.
3. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss of or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer on delivery. Ownership of all products supplied shall not pass to the Customer until full payment of the purchase price of the goods and of all other amounts owing to Full Control Networks has been made.
4. Limitation of liability
Save in respect of personal injury or death due to any negligence, Full Control Networks shall not be liable to the Customer in respect of any loss suffered by the Customer due to any defect in the Goods. Without prejudice Full Control Networks shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the Customer arising in any way from these terms and conditions.
5. Cancellation and Returns
The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by Full Control Networks. Full Control Networks may, at its discretion, allow an order to be cancelled subject to Full Control Networks recovering from the Customer any costs incurred by Full Control Networks.
Goods ordered may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full product refund including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:
- All items being returned must be received back in the original or same condition as sent with all software, accessories, manuals and any product seals intact
- Consignment packaging including external box and filler must be present and undamaged
Delivery costs for the original despatch and the return of goods are the Customer’s responsibility unless it is deemed otherwise, the goods will remain the Customer’s responsibility during transit until confirmed received by Full Control Networks.
If the goods fail to meet the above conditions then goods may be refused for return or alternative return terms offered.
6. Force majeure
Full Control Networks shall not be liable for any default due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Full Control Networks including, but not limited to, Acts of God, war, civil unrest, riot, strikes, lock-outs, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood, earthquake or shortage of supply.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
The contract between Full Control Networks and the Customer based on these terms and conditions of sale as applicable to each Customer order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the Customer submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in England, but Full Control Networks may enforce the contract in any court of competent jurisdiction.
8. Privacy of data
All personal information handled and/or collected by Full Control Networks will be processed in accordance with the law, and will not be sold to third parties.
