MPO / MMC Multi-Fibre Optical Loss Certification
Increasingly data centres are combining 12, 16 or 24 single-mode fibres in a single connector. And of course these multi-fibre links must be certified to ensure they meet the Industry Standards.
To met this requirement Fluke Networks have released a new model into their popular CertiFiber product line, CertiFiber Max.
This new tester offers maximum efficiency as it measures loss, length and polarity of up to 24 single-mode fibres in just one second.
The adapters connect directly to MPO 12/16/24 and MMC 16/24.
As usual the large, colour screen and ProjX management system make it easy to set up projects. Just select from the built in test standards. And set the reference using the handy wizard.
Simply upload results to their LinkWare software/cloud service for reporting.
