FullControl Networks present a Free Seminar on Network Performance Issues
9th July 2008 - Durham County Cricket Ground, Chester-le-Street.
For Small or Large Networks this seminar will give you an insight in these areas of Performance. Troubleshooting, Trending, Securing, Managing, Improving
With the continued investment in IT and networks year upon year, Full Control Networks offers some thoughts on how to make sure you are getting the most from the network hardware you already have in place and how to target the areas that need improving.
Topics Covered
Analyse /Troubleshooting – When you have performance issues, some options on how to get to the root cause as quickly as possible.
Monitoring and Trending – Most network managers believe they have bottlenecks in their networks. Is this true and what options do you have for investigating this?
Managing the Network – The networks main job is to deliver the applications to the users. When the users complain “the network is running slow” what does this mean and how do you investigate this?
Secure the network – An increasing number of performance issues on networks are security based. Loading a network with protection slows it down and the users complain, so what is available to help solve these issues.
Improve Performance – Once the network issues have been identified, what options exist to help improve performance and try to avoid the issues in the first place?
